Healing AG1 and Blueberry Smoothie for Seasonal Cleanse or Liquid Diet
During the lockdown years I gained a ton of weight. One of the things I did to drop all the sit-in-my-house-and-do-nothing-but-eat-comfort-food-for-two-years pounds was Dr. Kellyann’s 5-day Cleanse. It honestly works like a hot damn. I’ve never seen such a health transformation so quickly.

It’s Saturday, after all.

struggling with the blank page
I’m normally an idea machine.
Too many ideas, too little time. But for the past few months, I’ve been struggling with a very particular set of blank pages.
Lying next to my bed (yes, I’m writing to you in bed) is a file folder and a yellow legal pad covered in scribbles. Also, socks, an empty dish with remains of a peanut butter breakfast, and my earthing mat.

Magical Money
Legend has it that my Great Grandmother was a whiz at investing.
Apparently, she made a lot of money trading penny stocks. I’m not sure if this is true, but I was always fascinated by my Great Grandmother.

Elusive Balance
Balance seems elusive. Balancing time in the digital realm with the physical realm is the most difficult when I’m in the midst of a learning, creating, or developing sprint.
But is this a problem?
How much balance is actually required to live a fulfilling life?

Pain vs Suffering
Suffering is a story.
It’s an ocean of ideas that we throw ourselves into. We let it wash into our bones, let it eat up our marrow. We soak in it until it’s embedded.
But it IS temporary. It can be.

Fear
Fear has bought a 6-acre lot in my psyche and is starting to plant vines.
Fear says, “You can’t do it. You can’t make a movie. It’s going to be terrible. You won’t even finish the shoot. You won’t get it in the can. You won’t get anyone on board. Your story is going to suck. You won’t be able to finish the ending. Your ending will be terrible.”
Fear is not entirely wrong.

Fresh Starts
Who the HELL am I writing this for?
And WHY?
I’m not really sure. I just have this feeling that I want to write. Often. In public. For fun. Without fear. Or at least, without TOO much fear.
